Here are a few answers to some common questions asked.
Q. Who can start an exercise program?
A. Anyone can start an exercise program. Always consult your physician before
starting an exercise program.
Q. What do I need to get started on an exercise program?
A. Look at your schedule realistically. How many days are you willing to commit to
an exercise program? How long per workout? Identify any other obstacles which
may prevent you from exercising and try to work around them. Make a
commitment to yourself and call today.
Q. Where do you train?
A. We do part of our training in the client’s home or exercise facility (we bring all
necessary equipment, but can also use whatever you have). Part of our training is
done at our full-service gym and personal training studio located in
Long Beach.
We also do
appointments in private and semi-private training studios, as well as outdoors.
Q. I don’t want to lift weights as I don’t want big bulky muscles. What can I do?
A. Don’t worry, it won’t happen. Women do not produce enough of the hormone
testosterone for hypertrophy to occur. However, women can expect to achieve
more tone and definition from resistance training.
Q. How do I get started training?
A. Once you have submitted your online contact information, we will contact you.
You can also call us at (562) 896-7629 or email info@wonderfullyfit.com. You
can decide to set up a training session(s) or class/group training.
Q. Is there a cancellation policy?
A. Yes. If an appointment is scheduled you must give 24 hour notification of
cancellation or you will be charged for the session.
Q. How many days per week do I need to train?
A. Much depends on whether you want to maintain a certain level of fitness or gain
improvements. We will discuss your program options after a consultation to see
what your personal needs are. It is dependent on you and your motivation.
Q. Do you provide nutrition advice and guidance?
A. Absolutely! You can work out like crazy, but if you don’t address what you are
eating, you won’t get far. Basic nutrition assessment will be provided by your
trainer. However, nutrition counseling is offered through a trained nutrition
counselor. Contact Tanya Saldana at nutrition@wonderfullyfit.com for further
information.
