Terrine has been working in the fitness industry since 2000. She started as a group
fitness instructor, inspired by low and high impact aerobics, Spinning, functional core
training, strength and stability training, followed that by incorporating personal training. She is certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).
Terrine thrives on custom designing interesting, creative and fun programs for
individual needs. She uses a variety of tools – from conventional weight training with
machines and free weights to core focused workouts utilizing: stability balls, BOSU, and
medicine balls. She is also trained in Pilates and Yoga through leading certification
programs and combines both into training for optimum core and flexibility work. She is
experienced at working with a variety of medical conditions and physical constraints. Terrine is
constantly networking and scanning the internet for the latest fitness and health information
and attends an international fitness convention annually to stay on the cutting edge.
Terrine is a member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association, the world's leading
membership organization of health & fitness professionals.
She enjoys fitness activities of all kinds and is an avid runner.
